Vladimir Putin’s vast offshore wealth is his “Achilles’ heel” and should be aggressively pursued by the west, Hermitage Capital founder Bill Browder said.

“Putin has an enormous fortune. He keeps that fortune not in his own name, but in the name of...oligarchs.
