As regulators and politicians scramble to improve the attractiveness of the City’s capital markets, a number of firms on the listings trail say they have not ruled out London.

Recent months have seen major names like Arm, CRH, Flutter and Ferguson all opt to IPO elsewhere, sparking a host of reforms intended to convince more companies to go public in London.
